Some things need hands on the hardware — a dead drive, a stuck cable, a new office that needs networking. We show up with the tools and the parts, diagnose what's wrong, and fix it on the spot where we can. $155/hr, billed for actual work time.

Fixable on-site
in most cases.

When the problem needs a screwdriver, a network cable, or a new component — we come to you. Most visits resolve in a single trip.

System Support

Full computer diagnostic. We troubleshoot OS errors, handle updates, clean out junk programs, and even blow out the dust inside the case.

Virus Removal

Scan, identify, and remove malware. We install and configure proper protection so it doesn't come back. If the infection is deep enough to need a re-image, we'll tell you before we start.

OS Install / Re-Image

Complete Windows reinstall with all current updates. We'll back up what's worth keeping first and get you back up and running faster than you'd expect.

Data Backup & Transfer

Backing up files before a repair, or moving everything to a new computer. We handle documents, photos, email, and saved passwords — anything you want to keep.

Network Setup

New office? New building? We set up routers, switches, access points, and run cable if needed. Wireless coverage that actually reaches every desk.

Hardware Repair & Upgrades

Slow computers usually aren't dying — they need more RAM or an SSD. We diagnose, quote, and upgrade on-site.

Reasonable scheduling

On-site visits are scheduled for a time that works for you — often same week for small issues, same day for urgent ones.

$155/hr for actual work time. Trip fees may apply for out-of-area visits — we'll tell you up front.

When hands-on help
is the right call.

Some problems need a technician on-site. Hardware failures, new office setup, network installs, or complex issues that are faster to diagnose in person — that's where on-site support comes in. We cover Southern New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, and Southern Maine.

Our technicians arrive with the tools and common parts needed to handle most issues in a single visit. We work efficiently, explain what we're doing as we go, and clean up when we're done. If a repair needs a part we don't have on hand, we'll let you know and schedule a return visit.

On-site support is billed at $155/hr for actual work time. A trip fee may apply for visits outside our primary service area — we'll tell you before you book. For problems that can be handled without a visit, remote support is usually faster and cheaper.
