How to Find Your WAN IP Address
- Visit https://theitexperience.com/ipaddress from the computer you are using remotely
- Your public (WAN) IP address will be displayed on the page
- Provide this IP address to your technician via your support ticket
Your WAN IP address helps our team verify your connection and configure any necessary firewall rules to restore your remote access.
