VPN - Unable to Connect (On-Premise VPN)
In the occurrence that VPN will not connect after a system or Windows update, follow these steps:
VPN Registry Fix
- Download the VPN registry fix tool (contact support for the download link)
- Once downloaded, double click the "VPNFIX" folder
- Double click on the VPNFIX file within the folder
- Select "Yes" to the registry modification prompt
- Restart your computer
- Attempt to reconnect to VPN
This fix addresses a known Windows issue where updates can reset VPN-related registry keys, preventing successful connections.
