VPN - Unable to Connect (On-Premise VPN)

In the occurrence that VPN will not connect after a system or Windows update, follow these steps:

VPN Registry Fix

  1. Download the VPN registry fix tool (contact support for the download link)
  2. Once downloaded, double click the "VPNFIX" folder
  3. Double click on the VPNFIX file within the folder
  4. Select "Yes" to the registry modification prompt
  5. Restart your computer
  6. Attempt to reconnect to VPN
This fix addresses a known Windows issue where updates can reset VPN-related registry keys, preventing successful connections.
