With our virus removal service we will scan and remove all viruses, spyware, adware, and malicious programs that are found on your machine. Virus protection will also be installed, configured and updated as requested. If an operating system install/system re-image is necessary, additional discounted “OS Reinstall / System Re-Image” service may apply.

OS Install
Operating System Installation
Sometimes a fresh start is the best way to go! With your operating system CD or DVD, we will completely format your hard drive then reinstall Microsoft Windows and apply all updates as needed. This is also a great option if you believe you have many corrupt or missing Windows files due to a virus or user error. Operating system must have a valid product key for activation.

Data Transfer
One of the main reasons people choose not to purchase a new computer is the daunting task of migrating all your data from one computer to the next. With our transfer service all user data will be migrated over to your new computer or portable drive fast and safely. This includes any and all email, photos, documents, spreadsheets, movies, and much more. We are unable to transfer programs that are installed on your computer however we would be glad to re-install the software for an additional fee at the time of the service call.

Backup
With our on-site backup service, we’ll configure an automated backup solution that transfers your personal data from your computer to a backup solution. Backup solutions include removable media, network storage or an online backup provider. The price of the online backup service or removable media is not included.

Data Recovery
Data Recovery
With our data recover service we’ll attempt to recover recently deleted files on computer, mobile devices, flash drives, or memory cards. If we’re unable to recover data due to complete hard drive failure, or severe data corruption referrals to third party services will be provided. A $59.00 diagnostic fee will be charged if we’re unable to recover data and you do not accept our third party referral.

System Install
New Computer Setup & Configuration
Setting up a computer can be just as confusing as purchasing one. Once you purchase a computer, we will arrive on-site to unpack, setup, and initially configure your new computer. Also with this install we will install up to 2 basic programs and 1 peripheral (printer, scanner, camera, etc.) at the time of install. Any additional devices or software that are requested to be installed or configured will be completed at a discounted rate.

Our peripheral installation covers any devices that can be connected to your computer via either a direct wire or over a network. Devices can include printers, scanners, faxes, mobile devices, tablets, etc. This service covers the installation, configuration, and testing of 1 device.

With our wired or wireless service, we will set-up and configure your network and network hardware. A wired or wireless network set-up allows computers to stream movies and music, share printers, and files. This service includes configuring and connecting up to 5 devices to your network.

Training Services
Training & Consultations
Training – Looking to learn a little about your computer or gadget? Give us the chance to sit down with you 1 on 1 and go over all the questions you were afraid to ask! From sending an email to creating a secure network infrastructure we provide training that you can count on. On-site or online training for Microsoft Office, web development, smartphones, or tablets is also available. This is a one hour service and additional hours can be purchased at the normal hourly rate.
Consultations – Are you looking to purchase a new computer or tech device? One of the most frustrating experiences is purchasing something you don’t know a whole lot about. We will work with you one on one to understand your needs and get you the device that’s right for you. You will not be oversold on a product you don’t need and you’ll understand your product a lot more once you experience our “buyer buddy” program. Even better, we’ll meet you at the store of your choice if requested.
